Production process

The raw materials are selected, dosed and introduced in a special mixing machine.
The resulting slurry is poured into a suitable container, and is vibrated through the modern vacuum technology, private air bubbles that can compromise the aesthetic characteristics and mechanical strength of the final product.
During this compaction process, the mass of material assumes the final size of the block.
After the aging period required to obtain a binder for maximum strength, the blocks obtained are ready to be sawn into slabs for the realization of floors, stairs, window sills and coatings for internal surfaces.
